I thought I was moving forward, but then things stopped. I turned around to go back to see what went wrong, and then I saw a new way of doing things. I thought I would just shake things up and do the same thing a bit differently, but that would prove to still not be the answer. Although not much has changed, nothing is really the same. Some opportunities have come and gone, and some opportunities have proven to be somewhat promising. In the end, I no longer know exactly where I am going.
In life, we all have these dreams and visions of what we expect to happen – we know what we want and how it should come about – but life usually has a different way of helping things to manifest. Whether you recognize the happenings of things as life being life, the divine plan or simply the will of God, it can be agreed upon that life is never what we really expect it to be, but then it is. In the end, we all get what we want: love, success and family, but how we obtain those things is the tricky part – we really don’t know how it’s going to happen. We can imagine ourselves working in one industry and end up in another. We can see ourselves marrying one person, just to end up with someone we never thought could be The One. When all is said and done, we have to choose to just go along with the happenings of life and make the most of all developments and events.
In my experience, what is most difficult about walking down the winding road is that you never know when there will be a bend, or even a sharp curve. When you reach that bend or curve, you don’t know what’s on the other end. We can never really be sure, but what we can be is willing. We can be willing to go along without a fight. We can be willing to submit. We can be willing to embrace what is meant for us, and we can be willing to love The One that we may not believe for us.
My hardest challenge yet has been believing in love and believing that my wildest dreams will come true, and now, as everything slowly falls into place,  I am still wondering if The Love that has been shown to me is real. In all of my moments of greatest doubt, I have been shown that there is only one person, and He is divinely chosen. I often wonder if it is real – if it will really happen, and I always receive a confirmation in the affirmative. So I say unto you, believe in magic – believe in love! Never give up on your dreams, and when life throws out a curve, go forth willingly and without fear. There will be great change, and there will be new challenges, but the end result will be exactly what you’ve always dreamed of, even if it’s unbelievable.
